Online Sales:

If you change your mind about your purchase after delivery of the products, you can return them within 14 days of purchase. You must both e-mail us to say that the goods are being returned and dispatch them by a suitable secure method of postal delivery which can be tracked.

Please note the following items cannot be returned:

  • Sale Items
  • Jewellery

The products will remain at your risk from the time you send them until they have been actually received by us as evidenced by the tacking. If the products have not been damaged or soiled, we will refund you the full price paid but not any of the delivery charges which were incurred in sending them to you.

A refund would be made by the original method of payment and you will get confirmation e mail. If the condition of the products is unsatisfactory, we will contact you in relation to any problem and any necessary full or partial deduction of refund. You should note that the refund may take 5-7 working days to appear in your account. Please note that returns cannot be made of the following products once they have been opened: Earrings and worn dresses.

If the product received by you is damaged or faulty, you should let us know immediately and we will ensure that you receive all your rights under the law.

If you are collecting your purchase from Starla you must do so within 5 months of your purchase date. We will hold your purchase here for that period after which we will pass onto a charity shop.

In Store Sales:

If you change your mind about your purchase after the item has been brought in store we will issue a credit note to the value of your purchase which will be valid for one year.

If the condition of the product is unsatisfactory, soiled or worn looking you will not be entitled to a credit note.
