1. I agree to return the Dress within 3 working days of receipt.  The customer must ensure that the Dress is returned to Starla, as agreed in the Terms & Conditions provided. The Customer must ensure the Dress is returned in the same condition as you received it (excluding fair wear or tear). If the Dress has been damaged, do not attempt to clean or fix it.
  2. I agree I am over eighteen years of age and that I have entered my correct name and current address below. I further agree that I am the person responsible for the Dress.
  3. I understand that my credit card number has been given as security at time of hiring the Dress. My credit card will be debited the full cost of repairing or replacing the Dress, should this event occur.
  4. I agree that upon receipt of the Dress, and where there is fault or damage to same, that I must advise Starla immediately of such by e-mail or phone. I understand that the Dress must not be used or worn.
  5. I agree that if any part of the Dress is damaged following receipt of the Dress from Starla, I am fully responsible for the full cost of repair of same. I further note that I will be liable for any or all associated costs in connection with either the repair or replacement of the Dress, and that any such cost will be charged to my credit card. I understand that I will be given the option to retain the Dress following the discharge by me of any such costs.
  6. I agree that in the event of the Dress being lost or stolen whilst in my care, I will be liable for the full replacement cost of the Dress and any consequential costs, such as transportation, communication costs or time, and that these will be charged to my credit card.
  7. I understand that the Dress remains the property of Starla at all times, subject to circumstances as set out at Condition 5 above.
  8. I agree to return the Dress the Collection Time. In the event I fail to return the Dress on or before the Collection Time, I agree to accept late charges which are calculated at €10 per day. These charges will be applied from the Return Date for 7 working days.
  9. I agree that in the event that the Dress is not returned within 7 working days, it will be assumed by Starla that the Dress has been lost and / or stolen and Condition 6 above will apply and the Gardaí may be notified and my details may be shared with the Gardaí for this purpose.
  10. I agree that if I cancel my order, I must do so at least 48 hours prior to the Collection Time. I understand that I will still be liable for the PDH if I cancel my order within 48 hours of the Collection Time.
  11. I agree that on the signing of these Terms and Conditions, I must discharge 50% of the PDH (hereinafter referred to as the “Deposit”). I further agree that the balance (50%) PDH will be discharged by me upon collection of the Dress. I agree that if I cancel my booking after the Deposit has been paid, I am not entitled to the return of the Deposit.
  12. Starla does not accept any liability for any personal injury, loss and / or damage caused whilst wearing the Dress. I agree and it has been explained to me that risk in the garment passes to me on collection of the Dress and ends when the Dress is returned to Starla, subject to it being in the appropriate condition.
  13. I agree that it is strictly forbidden to sub-let and / or assign the use of the Dress to any third party / parties.
